Reiki Healing
Rei - means "Universal" and Ki - means " Life Force Energy". Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine developed by a Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui in 1922. Reiki is for anyone who is interested in an alternate way of healing for the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki practitioners believe there is an energy force around and throughout the body. There is a flow of energy between the practitioner and the client during a session. The energy releases blockages and allows the energy to flow through the body so the natural body's ability can do it's own healing. Usually a reiki session lasts about an hour. As the practitioner, I place my hands or over your body and over your chakras. Most practitioners do recommend more than one session, but I always tell my clients to go based on how they feel. You will just know when you need another session or start to feel unbalanced again. Reiki can be used for many reasons, to improve sleep, decrease pain or to ease tension, and speed up healing. Sessions can also release any discomfort from dis-eases or cancer treatments. Reiki is very safe for everyone of all ages. There have been many people who have said a reiki session has left them feeling lighter, refreshed, spiritually uplifted. Some health care professionals believe it is useful for reducing stress and anxiety. Reiki can also be sent distantly. If you are unable to come in person or are wanting healing on a regular basis maybe distant healing sessions are the right fit for you. Distant sessions can also be sent to anyone who may be in the hospital and are looking for some relief. CHAKRA BALANCING - There are many chakras through out the body which are to regulate physical and emotional processes in the body. When a chakra is "blocked" the energy is not flowing through properly, and if they are too "open" these also can lead to imbalances within the physical body. During a balancing session I will work with the main seven chakras, the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakra. I will restore the flow of energy through the chakras bringing balance to your physical and emotional well-being.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy is one of the best hands on techniques that help in relieving compressions in the head bones, sacrum and as well in the spinal column. This non invasive application of gentle touch on the neck, head and back. CST is quite effective in providing relief from stress and pain which can occur due to compressions. This technique can help with headaches, migraines, neck pain, constipation, scoliosis, pain, sleep, fibromyalgia, etc.
Cranial Sacral Therapy is prompting the body to self heal, and self correct promoting the feeling of a greater well - being and improving health and betetr immunity.
This therapy uses gentle touch that impacts the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid which is the main fluid in the spinal cord as well in the brain. This also helps with the central nervous system. This modality goes well in conjunction with other healing modalities.
Mediumship / Tarot Readings
During a reading session I will be connecting to your guides & you will have to option to have an open reading or a tarot reading or connecting to any loved ones if that door is opened up. During the mediumship reading I am able to connect with your loved ones in spirit, and connect with your spirit guides. Connecting with these energies allows me the ability to pass along messages that can help with the healing experience, or pass along any messages that serve your highest good. I begin your session by sharing how I will connect with your loved ones, and share characteristics (ie.hair color, body type, personality or height) also share evidence (ie. health challenges, how they passed, family names etc.) And lastly any messages they may want to pass along.
